Only after our confirmation you will be able to formalise your final booking. For it to be effective you will have to pay in advance a 25% of the agreed total price. This advance will have to be made by banker’s order in name of:

At the reception of the advanced deposit we will send you by post the renting contract at the indicated address. The rest of the renting total will have to be paid cash at the handing over of the keys before occupying the accommodation.

Nothing more was accounted for the final amount paid into the account once discounted bank fees that can be applied.

The collection and processing of your personal data through the registration forms is intended to enable the business relationship. Your data will be kept for the duration of the business relationship under the terms established by current legislation.
